Adam Mohr

Chief Executive Officer

Adam Mohr is the Chief Executive Officer of ConTeras Industrial Group. He brings nearly three decades of industry leadership in the infrastructure, refining, petrochemical, oil and gas, and power industries as he executes the company’s strategic growth and operational plan.

Previously, Adam led Industrial Steel Construction Inc. as President and CEO since 2018, where he was instrumental in leading a team to deliver world-class steel bridge fabrication projects, including the I-74 Mississippi River basket handle arch bridge project. Prior to joining Industrial Steel Construction, Adam spent nearly 25 years at CB&I where he held multiple leadership positions and ultimately became Group Vice President of CB&I’s Fabrication Services operations.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Ryan Schenk

Incorp President

Ryan Schenk is the President of Incorp Industries and is responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures, and strategic direction for the company. With over 15 years of industry experience, Ryan has successfully built Incorp’s reputation from a small regional company to a nationwide provider focused on quality, service, and safety.

In 2016, Ryan led the acquisition of Incorp from Diversified Industrial Capital Group and later managed the sale of the company to ConTeras in 2020. Through strategic organic growth initiatives, he has multiplied the company’s revenues while expanding its service offerings beyond insulation, scaffolding, and abatement. He previously served as Incorp’s CFO before being promoted to President in 2022.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana.

Andrew Kerner

ECRS President

Andrew Kerner, President of ECRS, is committed to creating a culture that promotes excellence in every aspect of the business. With 10 years of industry experience, Andrew develops and executes strategies to ensure the company’s growth in current markets while expanding into new markets. He has diversified the company’s product base to add five product offerings and opened two new branches in Florida. He also led efforts to improve ECRS’ safety culture by incorporating the most cutting-edge safety equipment and technology available.

Andrew enjoys providing leadership and collaborating with ECRS employees to develop fresh ideas and conquer unique challenges. As President of a customer-centric company, he also prioritizes developing creative and cost-effective solutions to the daily access challenges that ECRS customers encounter.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from The University of Dallas and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.

Pete Vrettakos

Chairman

Pete Vrettakos serves as Chairman of ConTeras Industrial Group and has nearly 50 years of industry experience. He began his career in 1974 as a scaffold builder while attending University of Baltimore and quickly advanced to operations manager. He then went on to found Atlantic Industrial, Inc., a professional scaffold contracting company that specialized in difficult, high-profile projects that required maximum safety performance. Under his leadership, Atlantic Industrial grew from a single scaffold crew to over 1,900 employees and generated $230 million in revenue the year it was sold.

After his retirement from Atlantic, Pete participated in executive education programs in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate governance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also incorporated Structural Access Services, predecessor to Brace Industrial Group, in April 2011 and partnered with Sterling Partners to create another industrial plant services organization through acquisitions and organic growth. Pete served on Brace’s Board of Directors as their first Chairman and led eight of the nine acquisitions.

Pete has been active in the advancement of scaffold safety as a member of The Scaffold and Access Industry Association (SAIA) since 1980 and has also served on the board of Jim Rouse Entrepreneurial Fund, a nonprofit organization that helps fund early-stage business ventures.
